Senator Seekins moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                          
reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                                               
33(STA) Urging our United States Senators to work to allow a timely                                 
vote on the floor on all judicial nominations, be taken up at this time.                            
Senator Ellis objected.                                                                             
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE                                     
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 33(STA) be taken up on the same day?"
